I haven't seen that "memo" reported by any of the major media. Certainly news like that would be picked up if true. The fact that the memo not only has Saddam training Mohammed Atta, but also documents the yellowcake deal with Niger IN THE SAME DOCUMENT makes it highly suspect, if not completely stinky. Dismissed until corroboration is found..
