Yes, I read it and actually know one of their senior staffers. What they dream about, what is possible and what they can get away with politically once the costs are clear are very different. But don't let realities interrupt your rant. Go ahead and share the RWE dream that we can invade and occupy a dozen countries with our infinite budget and troop levels. They are infinite, right?
