The filing has lots of nice tidbits.

1. Web hosting. They specifically talk about the web hosting market for small/med businesses to grow at a compounded annual rate of 15% over the next 4 years.

They say: "IDC also estimates that the Web hosting market in the United States will grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 15% from more than $5.1 billion in 2002 to $10.4 billion in 2007"

2. Growth of Electronic Commerce. Forrester Research believes that electronic commerce activity in the United States will grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 19% over the next five years to nearly $230 billion in 2008 (representing 10% of total retail sales in the United States).

3.Growth in Performance-Based Advertising and Search Marketing. U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray estimates that the global market for performance-based advertising and search marketing, such as pay-per-click listings and paid inclusion, will grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 38% from less than $1.4 billion in 2002 to more than $7 billion in 2007

They have obviously made moves with regard to # 3.

But what about # 1 and # 2.

Possibilities with # 1: Affinity Internet? Profitable.

Possibilities with # 2: Authorizenet? Profitable.

Possibilities with # 3: Kanoodle? Profitable.
