My bookie's giving 2 years jail + $300,000.

In the prosecution's favour, Hansen's rollover will allow them to be less flexible with terms. Jail time for sure and more than the last time. In Anthony's favour, I think the extortion charges could go away — the companies involved don't make for a clean case. If I were prosecuting, I'd dispense with him faster to focus on the agents, whom I think did more damage.

Two undecided factors:
• Will Elgindy's ego do him in, i.e.... he pisses off the prosecutor with his "World's Greatest SuperCrimefighter" schtick?

• Can mmmary completely annoy the bench with innumerable letters haranguing the judge about Anthony being the world's swellest guy?
