My favorite is Turgut Ozal. Never heard of the guy, but man, what a great name! Rolls off the tongue no matter how you pronounce it. Looks good on paper too! Turgut Ozal Turgut Ozal Turgut Ozal. Symmetrical yet fruity! Just a splash of government corruption with a slight hint of outrageous brutality. And Turkey is so chic these days!

The worst name on the list is Ian Smith. If you're a dictator without an exotic sounding name and you don't even have an evil nickname you're low rent. Guy sounds like a soccer player from Puddingshire.
