That's a challenge for sure, but raising taxes and rolling over for terrorists isn't the answer. Personally I'm more optimistic about the future.

Is Roach breathing his own smoke? That's 31% higher than the level over the last 4 qtrs ($542 mil) and the latest quarter showed a 3.1% drop. If he's going to just extrapolate from past trends, he needs to factor in the new data. Perhaps past trends don't always continue forever. Perhaps something has changed.
