What is not funny is the embarrassing spectacle of the President of the United States, George W., #43 himself, publicly gloating over Saddam's demise, and worse, in an unconscious imitation of an old joke, suggesting that Saddam will get a fair trial, and then we'll execute him.

This makes the whole thing look a little too much like a family feud for my liking.

So, as we already knew, and to paraphrase my hero Winston Churchill, democracy stinks, it just stinks less than the alternatives.
