Phil, To-day is the first day Kinross is allowed to sell any shares. (their choice to sell or not sell) Price is up - good sign!

Phil, 470,000 shares, looks like someone is activelt supporting it in the face of the Kinross announcement.

As long as Kinros divests gradually it has a reasonable chance of being able to exit.
So it either needed cash, or or saw Pcrim as topped out.
They would hardly wish to sell if they saw great things.....unless, they do see great things coming and want to announce to0 see, get that out of the way, and then sell on future runups.
