You are right, of course. I apologize to the thread. It's just that Raymond Duray has made a career of destroying SI threads by polluting them with his political drivel. He always ignores requests to take it elsewhere, but engaging him is clearly no solution either.

If he persists, I would encourage you to ask the Admin to change this to a moderated thread so you can ban him (and others) who want to make it their personal soapbox.
