jw - I noticed that as well, but I saw him throw in the towel about a week ago or so and embrace the "recovery" as an established fact. It was disappointing but not too surprising. As for feeling little ill, you'd have to be insane to NOT get a little green around the gills given the scenario that his subject was laying out. Even gold bulls like Sinclair are concerned about the implications of much higher gold prices.

Jim would agree with you on your assessment of Liesman. If he would really speak out his mind IMHO he will be removed from the set.

In the past I had several discussion with CNBS anchors (will not divulge the names on SI). Their approach to CNBC broadcast is as a SHOW & NEWS delivery and not in any shape or form any hint of investment advise or counsel or even finding journalistic truth in Gov. statistics.

It is all about selling advertising and not giving sound investment advise to the masses
