VLGC MTON TMNG

VLGC looks very interesting. It's fighting through resistance right here then showing a free ride to about $7 for the patient (could take 8-10 weeks). Great volume bars. Beta of 2.24; if it moves up it should shake pretty hard.

MTON and TMNG are showing different patterns, but both positive risk/reward.

A word about holding periods (I find this one element is the single factor that leads many people to disagree about a stock): I'm happy to hold from 3 weeks to 3 months if the reward looks good; I also recognize that while sometimes I manage to buy perfectly, in general, if you are in the game, some will be great buys, some will be average buys and some will be sloppy buys. I usually only sell if the chart changes, not if I'm showing a loss in the position because of my own timing. Over time, we hope to be improving the entry work, but this is buying in a market, not calibrating a medical device.

Good thread, I always read through and take notes on stock names, then run them through my charts.

(It's not a bad idea to list the ticker you're going to talk about first, then the thread catalogue makes a great ticker list for further analysis.)
