Richard ....wow what is the ^rms "smokin". It's as high as a kite caught in a high tension power line. Congrats.. The only moves we have made so far is to sell some UDR and that was premature and of course we are not reinvesting our dividends. No wisdom here. You may call it benign neglect. We have been so busy around Xmas to tell you the truth we are, or have been ignoring it. I'm going to take a good look after the new year and I will give you a list of our holding and if you will could you help us decide what to pare. I am going to be looking at some good dividend plays ...from VZ to MRK to BSC to GM ....Happy New year and see you in a year....gregor
