NENG the text of the news re. class action suits was as specific re. failure of management to disclose future ramifications of renegotiated contract with EMC as i have seen in these vulture type lawsuits. IMO, management has some work to do to counter the charge. that being said the stock is so oversold that maybe most of those who wanted out are out, and the shorters' spring has sprung. i'm quite sure someone with access to fundamental info on sales, and profit forecasts, knows where fair value does lie here. given lack of followthrough selling this a.m. i would also suspect the course of least resistance is to the upside on the back of covering. will be WATCHING with great interest as any position at this point appears to me to be sheer speculation, and have been sheared as a sheep plenty enuf already :) mike
