Real question is "Can USA survive if Dean is elected?". Spend billions to fight wars while Americans lose jobs. That would be very hard to make worse.

BE, The USA can EVEN survive Bush for another 4 years, though without jobs, real, non-pixie number economic growth and with deficits as high as an elephant's eye. We are a great country. It's our political nabobs who are shlubs. But we can do better than just survive. It would be nice to think we could return to the peace, prosperity and surpluses of the Clinton years, but none of the Democrats are of Clinton quality and Bush is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
