The Bush problem with money is that he has NEVER HAD a problem with money. He's never sweated the rent, the car payment, how to pay for the baseball team - it's all been provided his whole life. He has no concept of debt.

Ken, Bush and balanced budgets are as wildly ridiculous as Bush and a strong dollar. A financially weak America in deep debt and forced to buy at the Company Sto' is the goal of all Neocons.
