You are a poor listener Sidney. I told you several times that "when you die" remember I told you that Christ would not return in your lifetime. You took what I said way beyond the pale ( whatever that means) I am not doubting your salvation - nor di I think it funny that people are going to hell. As far as the "stricter judgement" what do you think that verse really teaches? It seems to me everyone is "teaching" in one sense or another Do you not try to share your faith whenever you can? Is that not teaching? Do you teach that God loves everyone? What if I told you that that in itself is already a false teaching? No Sidney - I was not talking about laughing at your lack of salvation I was talking about the fact that "TIME" is on my side. I may be long gone dead by the time you reach the later days of your life but I can assure you that if you need to use up the rest of your life before you can admit I was right I am perfectly alright with that :-) It really does not matter to me if you believe Christ is returning tomorrow or the day after. It does however make all Christians look pretty stupid when you guys go on century after century with this crap. It is completely unbiblical and it twists the words of scripture so bad I can hardly listen to it... but no - contrary to some of the more abusive adherents of our faith you will not stand in judgement for getting the timing of the second coming all wrong. Jesus said this: John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Also Christ said this: John 6:28 ¶ Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. Pretty simple eh? Sounds pretty simple to me - those however who say they believe but in works deny Him - will perish - but failing to comprehend some of the more difficult issue is not sin. Breaking God's laws is sin Sidney. I don't have any problem with you Sidney. If we become enemies it will be you that decides that - not me. There has been quite a "lynch mob" mentality around here at different times. Many find it very easy to join in. As far as my being "unloving" that seems to be the master trump card for people when they can not debate in any other manner. It is almost like telling someone to get a life or to grow up? If everything else fails just tell them you see no fruit! Anyone can say they do not see any love in you but really you failed to explain to me what biblical love was. In western society "love" can be anything from really really liking some food - to committing adultery "making love to the neighbours wife??? God can hate a man and yet act in love toward him - do you know how that is possible? I do. The reason the last laugh is mine - is because God's truth is not changed nor does it depend upon men believing or disbelieving it - God's truth stands regardless of how men respond or react to it. The truth is - and you do not believe this - that Christ will not be returning in your lifetime. I get the 'last laugh' but to be honest Sidney. I think it is very sad that most Christians can't even understand the arguements and yet fight tooth and nail against this truth. Will they actually remember me on their death bed and say " shoot that guy was right"? Nah - they won't remember me or "warning me" - and the next generation will claim that Christ will return very soon..... Have a good evening Sidney - only you can know if you are truly saved or not.
