I am watching more TV in an effort to get away from the computer. Not nearly as addictive, also, you can read during commercial breaks, and sometimes the family watches the same thing at the same time, like Discovery or History Channel.

Nick (younger son) and I have started watching the cooking channels together. And I watch The Simpsons with him, too.

You don't need fancy equipment. I both use my computer and watch TV from flat on my back, a nice neutral position for my spine. The laptop is resting on my tummy and the TV is high on the opposite wall. Piece of cake, and this cake doesn't go to your hips...
