The optimum solution would have been to kill him during capture. Then we wouldn't have to listen to lectures from pea-brain liberals, the UN (same thing), and Europeans on who should try him where for what under what conditions and what punishments should be allowed. Another good solution would be to turn him loose in a Kurd village in northern Iraq.
