correct, both stocks and gold should be
slowing their ascents as the money supply
begins to fall. As Figures 2 and 3 show, this
is exactly what is happening in both

respond by falling in price.


So what does he suggest you to do in order to hedge that?

Buy foreign currencies and/or short the markets?

Bonds?

so prechter still thinks gold is in a bear mkt? lol.

all you have to do is look at the chart of homestake mining during the depression to see what happens to gold in deflation. besides, I'll believe our esteemed thread honoree over prechter anyday <g>
