T is different than all other drugs. Once CELG has approval for MM to go with its orphan status for MM I really can't see a generic trying to sell into that market. There is such strict control of scripts and delivery that you could track (and hence prevent) sales into the MM market.

Even for a regular drug I'm not sure if a generic could sell into an orphan indication. I really don't see it happening with T.
