If Clark refuses to team with Dean then Dean is in trouble. Keep in mind that if all five major candidates stay in the race no matter how well Dean does he'll have far fewer delegates than the others put together, maybe a 2-1 or even 3-1 ratio. That means the race could still be on to nominate someone with a Silver Star or maybe even Gephardt.
