Good info. - MSSN priced at $2.22 share for the conversion of debt to equity seems to be a good value relative to Yahoo listed book value of $3.

Roebear. Another smart decision by MSSN mgt. They are doing

an excellent job of rebuilding this company AWA showing they know how to drill for and produce the resource.

Takes time, talent, focus and patience to do both well. And this management continues to impress. LT outlook for MSSN continue to be excellent IMHO.
