It was under Clinton that the military was severely weakened when he decided to use it for social experiments. Bush and his administration will build it up again. Overall, how can you call this country weak? It is the only superpower left in the world and will remain that way as long the Democraps don't get back into power. Obviously we totally disagree, there's not much point in further discussion.
