Madeline Albright - I don't consider her extreme, in general, said yesterday - that OBL was in captivity and will be announced as the next political surprise.

It's not accurate for you to write that Ms. Albright claimed that Osama was in captivity. She posed a what if conjecture. The signifigance is that it shows that even the mainstream Americans don't trust the administration tales.
