He has nothing to do w/ HAL at this point Cheney is still getting millions from Halliburton. The sad thing is that he just gets up in public and lies about it even though the evidence of options and paychecks is both clear and reported. It's very much like his claims about the Niger nuclear materials, he just thinks if the lie is bold and brazen enough that it will go unchallenged, and since the neocons single out any challengers for stigma and revenge it often works.
