The point about "fair and balanced" was what I was contending about the "Capital Press".. They seem so overall.. And they do carry a lot of "human interest" articles about small time farmers.. A neat one a couple of issues ago, about a single woman outside of Moscow Idaho, turning a small organic farm into quite an enterprise, signing a huge book deal, and maybe becoming a rural "Martha Stewart" <g>

And I agree about big dairies, they are at BEST a nuisance and WORST, a hazard, like all big "factory farms"..
