True enough, he mainly killed German soldiers with our help. Of course, it is difficult to estimate how much might have been diverted to maintain the secret police or system of prison camps in Siberia. And it has been alleged, and in some cases documented, that Soviet troops committed atrocities once Germany was invaded. German refugees fled from the Soviet zone in terror, to surrender to the Americans and British......
