>>> It was under Bush that 9-11 occurred. How large did the military need to be for the Bush Junta to order a stand down of the air defense on that day? How strong is a military that is not allowed to defend itself by the Commander in Cheat? You think we're the only world power? You may want to count the number of nukes distributed around the world. You think we're the only world power? Tell it to the Chinese.<<<

You mean the Chinese who, due to Bush's Preemptive War option, now have an opening to invade Tawain should it feel it is in China's national security interests to do so? Of course, this won't happen on Bush's watch. China right now is to busy milking opportunities for a better economy. But this day probably will come. You see, that's the kind of future Bush is giving us--one even more uncertain than what we had in the Cold War standoff.

Here's a question: Does any GOPwinger who posts on this thread think another nation will some day soon take up on America's example and use preemptive war in order to promote its own interests?

What with alleged slant drilling actions of Kuwait into Iraq, hey, even Saddam, under the Bush doctrine, had an argument for moving into Kuwait, especially when one would consider that oil might have had a role in Iraq's national security interests.

Just food for thought!
