<font color=red>Short Report<font color=black> - Well, this is interesting!

Shorts are at a record low for DMX as of December 15. This would indicate a few things:

- As expected, the huge increase in shorts recently, was directly related to hedging on the PP. Those have now been covered with PP shares.

- More than 6 million shares have been purchased on the open market since December 16. Given virtually all shorts were covered before that time, all those buyers were not covering shorts, but rather were going long.

- Most shorts, even those not directly linked to the PP, have also been covered. A sign that both sophisticated shorters who have been having a field day with DMX, and new institutional sized longs, feel that $1.00 IS the bottom.

We've certainly emptied some of the fuel reserve, but nevertheless a sign of some confidence from the market.
