But 'the Executive's war powers....' are limited to prosecuting, not declaring war.

I repeat: if due process can be extra-constitutionally denied to american citizens - PRIOR to them being adjudicated guilty of anything - then NOTHING in the Constitution means anything anymore.

No right to bear arms, the States have no rights, and whatever Administration (read: demi-dictator) is in office can act like Caesar.
