I base my opinion on the usual deference the Courts have paid the Executive when making such designations when waging a war....also, the decision as I understand it from the news reports was a split one....not unanimous....

Has this case got implications for all of the prisoners being held in Cuba and elsewhere who are denied acces to legal counsel?
