CEF had an 8.7% primo yesterday....and they hold a 30% position in silver. Try getting physical silver bullion for less than a 20-25% premium (other than silver bags, and anywhere but comex). It isn't possible..... It isn't perfect, but if I'm right about the ultimate direction of the markets ($60 silver and $2000 gold by 2010), 5% won't make a bit of difference. Owning the miners is not owning the metal. They both have a place....
