Options are valued when issued. I see you missed out on the options at your last job. Only the offering price is fixed. The ultimate sales price is based on how much money Cheney scams off the taxpayer. The difference between offering and sales is Cheney's profit, pure profit since he puts out zero actual dollars. In Cheney's case that is going to be hundreds of millions of dollars, even if Halliburton pays back the hundreds of millions of overcharges. TP
