Excellent series of posts. I try to moderate my views especially on a moderate forum. It's easy to react quickly and let one's many views get clouded. I'd say most of the posters on this thread have views that are not really moderate when measured against US opinion. I'm not giving a value judgment and I respect many of the posters and their views including Dale and Tsig even though I disagree often. Your posts clearly show that those who are so quick to be critical are often doing nothing more than what they claim their targets do. Distortion does not have a home solely in the right wing. The Bush administration has made many mistakes, particularly in the PR and promotion of the war. I personally believe that history will judge the actions well given the new realities of the world post 9/11. Posters who claim that 9/11 is a neocon conspiracy are their own worst enemies, precluding a moderate search for truth and justice.
