Corridor Announces $3,000,000 Private Placement of Units Friday December 19, 3:10 pm ET HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--Corridor Resources Inc. (CDH - TSX-V) Corridor announced today that it is proceeding with a private placement of up to 3,000,000 units ("Units") at a purchase price of $1.00 per Unit for gross proceeds of $3,000,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of Corridor and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of Corridor at a purchase price of $1.50 for one year from the date of issue.
