<Jack of All Trades says the service is good enough and we should not expect the product to perform as advertised.>

Please show me where I said that?

Do you want me to dig up all the old posts where you said you were going to get rid of Qcharts service over the past few years?

If you are so fed up with it, just get rid of it and try Esignal? I would move to Esignal (tried it last year) but they are missing two of my main drawing tools and I would have to rewrite my QLink Excel programs.
