would have done exactly the same steamrollering of the process. I think an experienced Senator would have checked with their constituency first. Frist's constituency is only the phamacutecal companies and they let it be known the price of their loyalty. On NPR this morning they interviewed Frist, and he indicated he would retire at the end of his term. He seems to have been placed for this one decision, collected his reward, and now will cash in the reward from the big pharmas. TP
