Let me ask you, if your neighbor tells your child that he has a shotgun, and intends on shooting you soon, what would you do? Put up a fence? Move? Confront him? Call the law? Let me ask you, if you have 2 neighbors. One is a pompous assed bully who picks on his weaker neighbor and there is another neighbor who has already attacked you big time but is hiding around and actively planning to strike again with an intent to kill. Which one would you take on ? Where are you going to expend more resources? How are you going to assess threat ? BTW: Kay himself had signed on thinking WMDs will be found in no time and since it is taking long he is quitting. (probably to save face if he is unable to come up with them)
