Thanks for the link.

I would point out that nowhere in the article does Paul say he was against the War with Iraq. The gist of the article is that he felt it should've been debated by Congress more vigorously than it was.

I'm fine with that.

The debate about whether or not a President can wage war in this manner has gone on for a long time in this country. The truth is that the courts have long held that the President does have the right to engage in military actions under many circumstances.
