UK's Blair says Libya to give up weapons
By Reuters, 12/19/2003

British Prime Minister Tony Blair said on Friday Libya had agreed to give up unconventional weapons, join international treaties on nuclear and chemical arms and limit the range of its missiles.

Blair said in a television address that the moves should entitle Tripoli to "rejoin the international community."
