Khaddafi has turned into something of a moderate. He hasn't been making trouble since the 80's. Also, what exactly is he disarming of? Does he actally have any WMD's? I wasn't aware he did. And ICBM's? Maybe this is a case of him buying brownie points by destroying weapons that dont even exist.
