You said "ever." Saddam attacked Americans twice. I merely refreshed your memory.

I'm talking about a deliberate attack against the US, not self defense.

Saddam fired two Exocets at the Stark in open waters. That was not in self-defense.

Why are you always so hostile and defensive when you are corrected?
