Thx for the source which is actually from the Rhode Island Dept. of Labor and Training using the BLS numbers. Where's the accompanying information on which numbers they're using? Are those stats using the Household or Payroll numbers? "...The payroll survey provides a more accurate picture of employment trends in the U.S. economy.
