Idiot! That is the most ridiculous of statements. Unless the court has a split vote, the outcome is always biased to one side or the other of the argument. They endeavor not to split evenly. So you could say it is their position that they release biased decisions as a rule and not an exception.

An indecisive court, one without biased decisions, would be worthless in deed, practice and spirit. Your logic fails miserably, but perhaps it is your youth.

Everyone is biased. Goes to one's beliefs. Even the Supreme Court showed in 2000 they are biased.
