Clinton fought hard to make peace in Israel and succeeded. They had a deal. But the stupid terrorists blew it of course. Don't blame Clinton for that. He came very-very close. Bush's answer was to install a probable CIA asset in place or Arafat who had no real power. After that failed he gave up.
