Like the Administration you're prepared to make excuses for why Saddam won't tell what he doesn't know. Bush would have loved for Saddam to be taken dead so these excuses wouldn't have been necessary. Would have just said the whereabouts of the WMD's were taken to the grave. He'll most likely say that if he can get Saddam executed, anyway.
