A little revenge going on. Saves a lot of trials. I can hear the "Hand Wringers." "Oh, this will create another cycle of violence!" Nothing wrong with the Mosaic Code. You're not going to avoid it in Iraq, esp. in the period before a new government is really established. But there's a lot wrong with it, LB. You cannot establish a nation while these private vendettas go on, no matter how much these criminals needed killing.
