As an individual investor, there's no way my due diligence could equal that of Husic Capital with its contacts, scientific consultants and team of trained analysts. So, my perspective is as follows:
MFIC's future depends on the success of its Multiple Stream Mixer-Reactor (MMR) system for the production of microparticles, nanoparticles and nanodroplets.
IMHO, Husic's purchase of a 10% stake in MFIC gives me confidence (of course, not 100% but a great deal of it) that the MMR is not pie in the sky but a major breakthrough with large potential revenues. Also, Husic's involvement makes the main barrier to MFIC's success, lack of capital, much less of a risk.
