Nothing to do with each other, I agree. But I don't know a single lefty who approved of the internment- although I've argued with several "righties" about the issue (and of course they were asserting it was a peachy keen idea and absolutely necessary). So seeing someone massaging (brutalizing?) reality like that, I thought I'd mention it. But the rest of the comparison was way too silly to merit any comment. Those funky throw in the kitchen sink arguments don't do much for me any more.
