nuts
Powerful word.

Exactly 59 years ago...on 12/22/1944 during the Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes near Bastogne, in Belgium, BG McAuliffe said that word to the German Army.

The German troops were befuddled and never understood what he meant.

The American troops rallied after hearing his response to a request to surrender and went on to win a war.

Hi michael97123,
liberals to a man hate ashcroft and bush and many would allow Jose Padilla to walk the streets.

Take it from this liberal Democrat...are you nuts?

Ken,
I was writing quickly yesterday and i will correct that sentence for you. You probably will still think me nuts but here it goes.

"many left wingers hate ashcroft and bush and many would allow Jose Padilla to walk the streets if the govt could not make its case in court even if solid evidence couldnt be offered for national security reasons."
PS My use of the word liberal was unfortunate. I was in between courses at a family chanukah party and was all carbed up. Mike
